About this recipe

jazz up a simple pinoy delicacy with ube, cheese, and a sweet milky condensada topping.

Ingredients

1 pack Alaska Condensada 560g
3/4 cup Alaska Evaporada Evaporated Creamer 360ml Buy now
3/4 cup Water
3 pcs Eggs
3 tbsp Butter, melted
3 cups All-purpose flour
3 tbsp Baking powder
2 tbsp Ube flavoring
2 cups Cheese, grated

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

set aside ½ cup of alaska condensada for topping. combine flour and baking powder in a bowl.
in a bigger bowl, mix together alaska condensada, alaska evaporada evaporated creamer, water, eggs, melted butter and ube flavoring. add in the flour mixture in to the wet ingredients. gently mix using a whisk or wooden spoon until smooth and free of lumps.
pour the batter into the puto molds, then top with grated cheese. steam for about 10 minutes over medium heat. to test for doneness, puto should spring back when lightly pressed. let it cool slightly before taking the puto out of its mold.
Drizzle each puto with the remaining Alaska Condensada, and serve.
