Ingredients

360 grams Tuna flakes in oil, well-drained
1 cup Alaska Evaporada Evaporated Creamer 360mL Buy now
200 g Bacon, chopped
1/2 cup Cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup Alaska Condensada 300mL
1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
220 grams Crushed pineapple, well-drained, but reserve syrup
3/4 cup Fuji apple (with peel), soaked in pineapple syrup, diced
3 pc Celery stalks, diced
1 1/2 tbsp Red onions, diced , sautéed slightly in oil
White pepper to taste
1 tsp Lemon rind (optional)

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

drain canned tuna and soak in 1/2 cup alaska evaporada evaporated creamer for 10 minutes. set aside.
in a shallow pan, cook bacon bits until crisp then set aside to drain excess oil.
in a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. add in remaining alaska evaporada evaporated creamer gradually into the mixture, beating until well-combined then add in alaska condensada and mayonnaise. mix well.
drain milk from soaked tuna then transfer in a bowl. add crushed pineapple, diced apples, celery and sautéed red onion into the prepared dressing and blend.
season with white pepper to taste and add lemon rind if using. pack in sterilized jars and chill.
