Ingredients

Ingredients

250 grams Penne Pasta
1/4 cup Margarine
1/4 cup Minced Garlic
9 pcs Medium-Large Tomatoes, preferably overripe
3/4 cup Water
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 can Tuna flakes in oil, drained
1 can Canned button mushrooms pieces and stems, drained
1 pack Alaska All-Purpose Creamer Buy now
1 bar Cheese, grated
Chili flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

Preparation

Cook Penne Pasta according to package instructions. Set aside.
In another pan, sauté garlic in margarine or oil until almost toasted.
Add in overripe tomatoes and sauté until almost soft.
Add in tuna, mushrooms, and dried oregano. Add in water then let simmer for a minute.
Reduce heat to low then add in Alaska All-Purpose Creamer and grated cheese. Continue stirring until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
Add in cooked pasta then toss to coat. Season accordingly.
Remove from heat. Serve and enjoy!

Tips

**Tomato paste or tomato sauce can also be used in this recipe:
If using tomato paste, lessen the amount of tomatoes by half then add in 1 ½-2 Tbsp of tomato paste then sauté together with the fresh tomatoes.
If using tomato sauce, lessen the amount of tomatoes by half then add in a pack (115g) of tomato sauce just before adding the water.
