Prepare the following

Cupcake or muffin pans
Food Processor
Oven

Ingredients

Batter

1 can Alaska Classic Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk 300mL Buy now
1/4 c Butter
3 pcs Eggs
1/4 c Brown Sugar
2 1/2 cups Grated coconut (niyog)

Topping

1 cup Coconut meat
1 cup Alaska Classic Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk 300mL Buy now

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

cream the butter by using a fork or an electric mixer.
add in brown sugar and mix well.
add eggs and alaska classic sweetened condensed filled milk then stir and beat until all ingredients are blended.
add the shredded coconut and coat evenly with the other ingredients in the mixture.
in a mold, place cupcake liner and place one table spoon of the mixture in each of the cups.
Pre-heat over at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 mins.
bake the coconut macaroon mixture for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve during dessert or snack time!
