About this recipe

perfect para sa iyong negosyo, ang alaska sweet and creamy spaghetti na pinasarap ng alaska condensada! this recipe makes up to 22 servings.

Prepare the following

Ingredients

1 can Alaska Condensada 300mL
1 kg Spaghetti noodles
Water (enough to boil noodles)
1/4 cup Cooking oil
8 cloves Garlic, minced
2 pcs Red onion, medium-sized, chopped
500 g Hotdogs, sliced
3/4 kg Pork giniling
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 pc Pork broth cube
1/2 cup Banana ketchup
1 kg Plain tomato sauce
440 g Shredded cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

In a big pot, cook noodles according to package instructions.
Once cooked, wash of starch of noodles with running water. Set aside.
in a large pot, heat cooking oil and sauté garlic and onion until softened. add in hotdogs and lightly fry. add in the ground pork and cook until brown.
season cooking meat with soy sauce, pork cube and banana ketchup. stir until well distributed. pour in water. allow to boil and simmer until meat is tender.
add in the tomato sauce. mix well and allow to simmer.
pour in the alaska condensada. mix well and let simmer. season sauce with salt and pepper according to taste. turn off the heat.
to serve, pour sauce over cooked noodles and top with shredded cheese. enjoy!
