Creamy Steamed Ginger Milk Pudding with Mangoes

About this recipe

who knew mangoes and ginger taste so good together? especially in a sweet milky pudding.

Prepare the following

Spatula
Bowl
Pan
Soup Bowl

Ingredients

1 tsp Ginger juice
1 pc Ripe mango, cubed
80 grams Sugar
4 pc Egg whites, beaten until bubbles are fine
2 cups Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk 360mL Buy now
Pinch of salt

Procedure

divide ginger juice among 4 heat-proof soup bowls. set aside.
in another bowl, combine mangoes and 2 tablespoons of sugar and set aside to release juices. whisk together remaining 1/4 cup sugar with egg whites then add in alaska classic evaporated filled milk. mix until well combined and pour milk mixture into the 4 soup bowls.
cover with aluminum foil and steam over slow fire until done about 10 minutes.
chill mixture for 4 to 6 hours then top with mango mixture.
