About this recipe

this pasta is cheesy, spicy, creamy with a little hint of acidity which will give you instant comfort in every bite.

Ingredients

250 grams samgyupsal, cut in bite sized pieces
2 tsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc small onion, sliced
1/2 cup kimchi
1/2 cup water
1 pack Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream 135mL Buy now
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
-- salt and pepper to taste
1/2 kg cooked spaghetti noodles
1 tbsp leeks, sliced
1/2 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

in a skillet, fry the samgyupsal without oil. cook until meat is seared. remove from heat then add in the butter. sauté the onion, garlic and kimchi. add in the water. add the alaska créma all-purpose cream and water. mix together and shortly simmer. season with salt and pepper as needed.
add in the parmesan cheese and toss in the noodles. mix until all the strands are coated with the sauce. turn of the heat and transfer to a plate. top with fried samgyupsal meat and sesame seeds. serve hot.
