About this recipe

make that macaroni cheesy, creamy, and garlicky!

Prepare the following

Pan
Spoon
Bowl

Ingredients

400 grams Macaroni noodles
2 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Garlic, minced
1 pc Onion, chopped
2 tbsp All purpose flour
250 grams Chicken breast, cubed
1 can Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk 360mL Buy now
1 1/2 cups Water
3 cups Cheese, grated
1 pc Chicken broth cube
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup Cheese, grated for topping
2 tbsp Garlic, toasted

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

preheat oven to 200c.
Cook macaroni pasta according to package instructions.
drain water then set aside.
in a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic, onion and chicken cubes.
to make a roux, add flour while stirring constantly.
add alaska classic evaporated filled milk, water, and chicken broth cube.
add grated cheese and season with salt and pepper.
toss in cooked pasta into the cheese sauce. mix well to evenly coat then transfer into a baking dish.
top with remaining grated cheese and toasted garlic then bake for about 5-10 minutes.
Serve.
