About this recipe

Chocolate on chocolate on chocolate! Definitely a dessert to die for!

Ingredients

4 pcs Store-bought chocolate cake slices
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Unsalted butter
2 sachet Alaska Sweetened Condensed Creamer Choco 40g
1/4 cup Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk 360mL Buy now
1 can Alaska Créma Whipped Cream 250g Buy now
1 bar Twix chocolate-caramel bar, chopped into pieces

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

heat brown sugar until it becomes caramel in color then add in butter and mix until combined. slowly pour in alaska sweetened condensed creamer choco, stirring constantly until fully incorporated into the mixture.
add in alaska classic evaporated filled milk. stir to combine. set aside.
place cake slices on individual plates and poke using a bbq stick. pour chocolate mixture all over the top, soaking the cake. set aside and chill or freeze for about 20 minutes.
to serve: pipe alaska créma whipped cream over the top of the soaked cake and top with chopped chocolate-caramel bars. serve cold.
