Ingredients

1/4 cup Extra virgin oil
1 tbsp Unsalted butter
1/2 cup Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream 250mL Buy now
1/2 cup Pesto
Salt & pepper to taste
8 pc Asparagus, spears cut diagonally

Procedure

in a saucepan, heat the olive oil & butter then sauté the asparagus.
stir in the alaska créma all-purpose cream, pesto sauce, then season with salt.
Turn off heat immediately to preserve the nice green color of the pesto.
serve with pizza chips, toast or melba chips or can be used as pasta sauce.
