Ingredients

1 tsp Cooking oil
1 tsp Garlic, minced
1 cup Chunky tomato sauce
1 tsp Dried basil
1 pack Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream 135mL Buy now
1 tsp Sugar
salt and pepper
2 pcs Medium-sized store bought pizza crust, cut in heart shape
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
10 pcs Pepperoni slices

Procedure

in a sauce pan, heat cooking oil. quickly sauté the garlic until softened. no need to brown. add in tomato sauce and basil. allow to simmer for 3 minutes. lower the heat. add in the alaska créma all-purpose cream and sugar. mix well. season with salt and pepper. remove from heat and set aside.
lightly grease an baking pan. cut ready made pizza crust into heart pieces. layer toppings in the following order: creamy tomato sauce, grated mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. bake at 425f for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly toasted.
