Ingredients

Quesadilla

1/2 cup Spinach, blanched
1/2 cup Cheese, shredded
1/2 pack Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream 135mL Buy now
1/2 cup Boiled chicken, chopped in strips
1/2 cup Shiitake mushrooms, chopped
6 pcs Tortilla, medium sized

Cilantro Dip

1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 pack Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream 135mL Buy now
1/2 pc Lime juice
Salt and pepper

Procedure

in bowl, combine blanched spinach, shredded cheese and alaska créma all-purpose cream.
heat a flat frying pan. place 1 tortilla, a layer of the cream spinach mixture, chopped chicken and shitake mushrooms. top with another tortilla sheet. once the tortilla facing the pan is toasted, flip the quesadilla to toast the other side. once brown and the filling is melted, remove from pan. slice in wedges and serve hot.
to prepare the dip, combine all ingredients in a bowl. mix well. serve with the quesadilla.
