About this recipe

the creamy sauce made with alaska créma all-purpose cream on top compliments the succulent baked salmon making each bite perfect of this recipe.

Ingredients

1 pack Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream 250ml Buy now
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tsp Butter, room temperature
1 kg Salmon slab
1 pc Lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper

Procedure

pre-heat your oven to 180ºc. in a mixing bowl, combine alaska créma all-purpose cream, mayonnaise and grated parmesan cheese. set aside.
butter the surface of your desired baking dish. place the salmon slab in and squeeze lemon juice all over the fish. season with salt and pepper. leave for 10-15 minutes to marinate.
pour the cream-parmesan mixture from earlier over the salmon. spread evenly. cover the pan with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes. once done, remove from oven and top with chopped parsley or basil if desired. best served with roasted vegetables and hot rice.
