Ingredients

2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc medium onion, sliced for sautéing
1/2 cup ham, sliced in cubes
2 tbsps flour
1 can Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk 360ml Buy now
1 pc chicken broth cube, dissolved in 1 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup broccoli florettes
500 g macaroni noodles, cooked according to package instructions
1 cup cheese, grated

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

in a casserole pot, melt butter and sauté garlic and onions. add in cubed ham and cook until brown. add flour and mix well until all are coated. in portions, pour in alaska classic evaporated filled milk. mix in between each pour until all are added in. pour chicken broth next and mix again. allow to simmer. season with salt and pepper according to taste.
add in the broccoli florettes and mix until broccoli is coated with the sauce. toss in the cooked macaroni noodles and mix well until noodles are properly coated. turn of the heat and transfer to a baking dish. top with the grated cheese and bake under 180˚c for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. remove from oven and let the dish cool for at least 5-10 minutes. this allows the pasta dish to set for easy serving. best enjoyed warm.
