Ingredients

3 tbsps oil
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 pc small onion, sliced
4 pcs bacon, chopped in bits
1 tbsp flour
1 can canned sweet corn kernels
1 can cream style corn
1 can Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk 370ml Buy now
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

heat oil in a soup pot. sauté garlic, onion and bacon, and cook until brown and fat has rendered. add in flour and mix until combined.
add in the corn kernels and the cream-style corn. mix well and allow to simmer. lower the heat, then add in the alaska classic evaporated filled milk. mix well. season with salt and pepper. serve hot.
