Ingredients

500 grams Sirloin, cut into thin trips
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup Oyster sauce
1/4 cup Brown sugar, packed
2 tsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Mirin / rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp Cornstarch
1/4 cup Cooking oil
1/2 cup Red onion, chopped
1/4 cup Garlic, minced
1 1/2 tbsp Ginger, minced
1 cup Red bell pepper, sliced into strips
4 cups Broccoli florets
2 cans Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk 154mL Buy now

Topping

2 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl. cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1-2 hours.
heat up oil in a pan. add in onions, garlic, and ginger and sauté until softened and lightly browned. add in the marinated beef as well as the marinade. stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until beef is almost done.
Add in red bell peppers, broccoli florets and Alaska EFM. Cook for a minute.
remove from heat then transfer to a serving dish. sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds on top. serve hot.
