Ingredients

1 pack Buco pandan gulaman
1 pack Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream, chilled Buy now
1 can Alaska Classic Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk 377g (290ml) Buy now
3 cups Buco strips
1 cup Canned pineapple tidbits, syrup drained
1 cup Papaya, sliced
1 cup Honeydew melon, cubed
1 cup Red nata de coco
10 pcs Cone

Procedure

prepare buco pandan gulamanaccording package directions. cut into small cubes once completely set. set aside.
mix chilled alaska créma all-purpose cream and alaska classic sweetened condensed filled milk. add in sliced fruits, buco pandan gulaman and nata de coco. make sure to leave a few pieces of sliced fruits to be used as topping later.freeze for 4 hours or overnight. make sure to stir the mixture every 2 hours to make it creamier and easier to scoop once frozen.
Place a scoop of frozen fruit salad on top of cone.
