Ingredients

1 cup Alaska Evaporada Evaporated Creamer 370mL Buy now
4 pcs Eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
12 pcs Sliced bread
1/4 cup Unsalted butter
3 pcs Lacatan banana, sliced and tossed with 1 1/4 teaspoons lemon juice

Spread

1/4 cup Creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup Alaska Condensada 300mL
1 tsp Lemon juice
3 tbsp Alaska Evaporada Evaporated Creamer 370mL Buy now

Procedure

prepare the spread: in a mixing bowl, cream peanut butter until light and fluffy then add in alaska condensada and lemon juice. add in alaska evaporada evaporated creamer. mix well and set aside.
in a shallow bowl, combine alaska evaporada evaporated creamer, eggs, ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt. stir to combine.
Quickly dip (do not soak) both sides of each piece of bread in the milk mixture.
heat a non-stick pan and brush with butter. over low heat, toast bread until golden on both sides. set aside to cool.
assemble: apply 1-2 tablespoons of the peanut spread on half of the toasted breads while still warm. divide banana slices equally on top then cover with remaining bread slices. press each sandwich with a sandwich maker until slightly toasted. cut in half and drizzle with more peanut butter spread if desired.
