Ingredients

1/2 cup Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk 360mL Buy now
5 cups water
1 cup malagkit rice
5 pcs tablea chocolate
1/4 cup white sugar

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

In a deep pot over medium heat, add water and bring to a boil.
add rice and stir to distribute. lower heat and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until rice begins to expand. add alaska fortified powdered milk drink and stir until it dissolves.
add tablea and cook, stirring regularly, until chocolate has melted. continue to cook until rice is translucent and liquid has reduced to desired consistency.
add sugar and continue to cook stirring regularly until dissolved.
ladle onto bowls, drizzle with evaporated milk and serve hot.
