About this recipe

These balls are all about love and sarap! Mini banana donut balls served with classic chocolatey dip.

Ingredients

Banana Balls

1/2 can Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk 360mL Buy now
4 pcs Ripe Bananas, lakatan, medium sized
1/2 cup Margarine, melted
24 pcs Choco Peanut Bars, crushed
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp Baking Soda
3 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
2 cups Cooking Oil

Choco Dip

1/2 can Alaska Classic Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk 377g (290ml) Buy now
1/2 can Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk 360mL Buy now
4 tbsp Cocoa Powder

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

mash 4 bananas in a mixing bowl. add in melted margarine, 1/2 can alaska classic evaporated filled milk and egg. mix well. add all dry ingredients and mix until it forms a dough.
using a greased small ice cream scooper and greased hands, scoop a portion of the dough and roll in to balls. repeat the process with the rest of the dough. deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. set aside and place on top of paper towels to cool.
to make the dip, combine 1/2 can alaska classic sweetened condensed filled milk, 1/2 can alaska classic evaporated filled milk and cocoa powder in a small sauce pan. using low heat, allow the mixture to simmer and mix until all the ingredients are well combined. drizzle on the banana balls and serve.
