Ingredients

1 kg Potato, peeled and thinly sliced
1 pack Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream 250mL Buy now
1 can Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk 370mL Buy now
1/4 cup Chives, finely chopped
2 pcs Egg
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Cream cheese
1/4 cup Cheese, grated
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper

Procedure

using a mandoline or a sharp knife, thinly slice the potatoes.
pre-heat the oven to 180ºc. in a separate bowl, add alaska créma all purpose cream, alaska classic evaporated filled milk, chives, eggs, garlic, cream cheese, salt, and pepper. stir until all ingredients are combined.
prepare your baking dish by brushing a little bit of oil or butter. drain the potatoes and arrange it evenly in your baking dish. pour your milk mixture over the potatoes and top with cheese. cover your baking dish with foil.
bake potatoes in the oven for 45-60mins or until the potatoes are cooked and tender. remove the foil, put it back in the oven and broil for another 15-20mins or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
